Starting life as a small AIM company almost 20 years ago, Mears have been on a journey of significant growth. Now listed on the Main Market, the social housing and care provider is an ambitious reporter, keen to incorporate FTSE 350 annual report best practice.

For the 2016 report, cut-out images of objects relating to Mears’ services were included to help create a distinctive look which built upon Mears’ brand. Case studies were introduced to focus on the innovative new ways that Mears are helping their clients and providing a first-class service. This year’s annual report captured the spirit of Mears and their ethos of making a positive difference to communities and improving lives.
