As a recent AIM IPO, Mirriad needed to establish their brand through a cohesive set of investor communications. Our challenge was to showcase this energetic company’s extensive capabilities and create a solid foundation of corporate communications, including an investor website, a maiden annual report and a digital summary report. These three distinct projects needed to deliver consistent, cohesive messaging to investors while establishing a strong support for Mirriad’s new branding.

How we helped

We created an AIM Rule 26, IPO website, providing ongoing support and review.

We included automated data feeds, built an online CMS and implemented video content.

Best practice research and content planning was conducted across both the website and maiden AR.

A digital summary report complemented the printed AR, targeted at Mirriad’s global stakeholder base.

“Design Portfolio created an IPO communications suite that reflected our brand and communicated our story and ambition, while ticking the relevant compliance boxes. Their approach was proactive, supportive and flexible.

At every stage of the corporate website and annual report development we were guided through the timetable and provided with ongoing consultancy. It made what felt like a daunting task, a relatively painless one! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, particularly to a pre-IPO or newly-listed company.”

David Dorans – CFO, Mirriad Advertising

Getting off to a good start is vital for a company like Mirriad. We developed a cohesive set of communications – an investor website, maiden annual report and digital summary report. These essentials cement Mirriad’s new brand, successfully introduce the company to the world and establish a foundation for growth in the future. The website does much of the heavy lifting of attracting and retaining Mirriad’s growing base of investors.
