Following the Financial Reporting Council’s pledge to improve the quality of reporting by smaller listed and AIM quoted companies it is more apparent than ever that size doesn’t matter but reporting does.

On Wednesday 12 October 2016, Design Portfolio, in partnership with the Quoted Companies Alliance (QCA), are running a complimentary afternoon workshop on best practice corporate communications for smaller listed and AIM quoted companies.

The event will be held in the Macdonald Manchester Hotel & Spa, Manchester, and is open to companies keen to delve into the importance of accessible and transparent reporting as well as key trends in print and digital reporting. The workshop will equip you with the information you need to communicate your value creation, future strategy, performance highlights, risk management and governance at a best practice level, helping to ensure that both current and potential shareholders fully understand the strengths, aims and ambitions of your business.

Speakers:

  • Julie Wilford (Managing Director, Design Portfolio): Introduction and the importance of effective corporate reporting.
  • Daniel Redman (Corporate Reporting Strategist, Design Portfolio): Insight into best practice reporting trends and regulatory developments and advice on how to evolve the communication of your strategy, performance and value creation.
